We are not Michelle Kwan-ing this!

Rorey: We might want to consider not eating much now in preparation for our finest hour; a little fasting so we can enjoy more tomorrow, hmm?
Lorelai: ...Unnecessary.
Rorey: Yea.
-A Deep-Fried Korean Thanksgiving

Well, mine may not have been deep-fried or Korean, but it was still a GREAT Thanksgiving break! I got home on Monday night right before a HUGE storm hit Boise (thank goodness I left when I did!) And got to hang out with Paul and RaeAnn and wake Jenna up...accidentally...before going to RaeAnn's friend's house to start house/dogsitting for the week. On Tuesday I did more playing with the Arnesen's, Harry Potter (EPIC!!) lunch and Borders with Shelby, and dinner with RaeAnn and Paul while we watched Bandits. On Wednesday I donated plasma (oh how I missed it!) I also got to enjoy the great TV and movie selection available at the house I was staying at (too bad this enjoyment was at the cost of cleaning up a lot of doggie do-do). On Thursday Dad and I went out to my cousin Mattie's house for Thanksgiving dinner. It was very fun to see Mattie and her kids and Aunt Cheryl and Uncle Rodney (Aunt Cheryl makes the absolute BEST pumpkin pie!!). I also watched a little bit of a football game with Dad (since it was Thanksgiving and all). On Friday I got to donate again and then Dad and I went to see The Last 3 Days with Russel Crowe...it was SO good!! I was very impressed! And Dad said it was good enough to buy, so you know he loved it :) I must admit, though, as we waited 20 minutes for the movie to start (we got there kind of early) I was very tempted to go into the Harry Potter showing in the other theater, but I didn't think Dad would approve, so...Anyway, I then did all my Christmas shopping on Saturday and rewarded myself with John Tucker Must Die (apparently, a lot of movie watching happened last week). On Sunday I woke up early to go to an early ward with the Chamberlains (who were giving me a ride home) but the roads were pretty bad, so we had to stay an extra day...I wasn't complaining. We did leave on Monday, though, and it took an extra 3 1/2 hours to make the trip, but we got back in one piece, so I guess that's what's important.
Well...only 16 days until Christmas break begins!! (now I just need to find a road home...)
